Job description

The incumbent will report to the CEO distinguishing for relational, communication and organizational skills.  


Specifically, the person will be in charge of the following activities: 

  • Managing the CEO’s agenda and priorities, ensuring ontime and correct document preparation   
  • Business travel planning and organization. 
  • Supporting the CEO in email management, letters drafting, meeting minutes, messaging and other administrative activities 
  • Providing support to the Board of Directors’ meeting af fas its organization and action plan follow-up  
  • Attending and contributing to organizational / group meetings 
  •  Supporting in any other back office activities 

Permanent contract with rewarding package commensurate with the professional seniority

The role requires the incumbent to have the following characteristics:  

  • Degree in economics / management
  • Previous experience in the role
  • Excellent spoken and written knowledge of the English language
  • Good knowledge of Italian and / or French
  • Good knowledge of the office package (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) and of MS Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom
  • Excellent priorities and complexity management skills
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and relationship
  • Sense of responsibility, precision and extreme discretion
