Job description

The incumbent will support the Sales Director with outstanding communication, organizational and flexibility skills.

The purpose of the role is to support the sales team in the client acquisition phase and in the management of customers and the external commercial structure.

Specifically, the person will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Supporting the sales team by answering the phone and organizing meetings;
  • Preparing periodic reports with sales analysis as requested by the sales manager;
  • Managing and updating the sales database
  • Organizing internal and external events
  • Supporting the client proposals composition
  • Organizing the presence of the sales team during national and international events
  • Promoting on social media of commercial activities in Italy and internationally according to the guidelines of the company’s external communication

The incumbent will have the following characteristics:

  • Degree in economics / management
  • Previous experience in the role
  • Excellent spoken and written knowledge of the English language
  • Good knowledge of Italian and / or French
  • Good knowledge of the office package (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) and of MS Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom
  • Excellent priorities and complexity management skills
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship and influencing skills
  • Teambuilding approach
  • Sense of responsibility, precision and extreme discretion
  • Flexibility and ability to work in an agile way
  • Proactive, result-oriented, entrepreneurial approach
